Testimonials
"I have a son aged 10 who has cerebral palsy and had been wearing bi-lateral ankle foot orthoses (AFOs). Following several conversations with other mums, at physiotherapy sessions and during a stint in hospital, I was recommended to go to Quays Orthotics and have a chat with Pam. I felt that the AFOs that Kelvin was wearing were really hindering his mobility. They were heavy, causing blisters on his heels, he could not put them on himself and even I struggled to get them on properly as his heels lifted the whole time he was wearing them. The other issue as Kelvin was getting older was that they were very obvious and he was conscious of other children seeing them. Pam and I had a long discussion about what the options were and she suggested some carbon fibre splints. I can honestly say Kelvin has never looked back. He can put them on himself. They are very light, look like football shin pads and stop him going up on his toes more than I expected. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Pam at Quays Orthotics for her very professional and helpful approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pam and in fact, have done so. "
